Emergency / Gauge Hatch

Hatch Provides tank access, where manual level gauging, temperature measurement or sampling is required. The Foot Pedal allows the operator to open the gauge hatch whilst remaining hands-free to carry out required measurements. Gauge / Sampling Hatch can also be used as Emergency Pressure Relief when abnormal pressure in tank is observed.

Breather Valve

Sometimes referred to as pressure and vacuum relief valve, the breather valve is an important part for atmospheric tanks & vessels in which solvents are filled and drawn at a high flow rate. This type of valve is installed in the in-and out-breathing lines of tanks, vessels and process equipment to retain toxic vapours and avoid atmospheric contamination, thus balancing unpredicted fluctuations in pressure & vacuum and providing increased fire protection and safety.

Variable Area Flowmeters

Digital Metal Tube Rotameter operates on the principle of variable area the fluid in the metal tube raises the float in the taper tube increasing the area of passage of fluid. By a magnetic coupling the inner float movement through a series of linkages and counter weight. The tube and the float combination determines the flowrate. The inner float magnetic field is detected by the high sensitive magnetic field detection sensor, enable us to show the digital readout. As such this Flowmeter does not require any electrical connection, since it operates on battery. This got an inbuilt two wire transmitter just provide 24 vdc and take 4 – 20 ma signal.

Suitable with Low (8 LPH) & High (150m3/hr) Flows.
Default Inbuilt Transmitter of 4 – 20 mA (Double Loop powered).
